Microsoft 365 protected resources define which parts of the environment Xopero ONE can access, backup, and restore.

Selective backup configuration

In Xopero ONE, you can choose which data to protect. For example, instead of backing up the entire Microsoft Exchange environment, you can back up only selected components, such as messages, calendars, or contacts.

Microsoft 365 groups

Xopero ONE supports Microsoft 365 groups — they appear in the users list and can be used to filter the list, including when creating a backup plan.

If you cannot see the Groups field in Xopero ONE Management Service, you must re-register your Microsoft 365 organization to make it visible.
