**Microsoft 365 protected resources define which parts of the environment Xopero ONE can access, backup, and restore.**

## Selective backup configuration
In **Xopero ONE**, you can choose which data to protect. For example, instead of backing up the entire **Microsoft Exchange** environment, you can back up only selected components, such as messages, calendars, or contacts.

## Microsoft 365 groups
**Xopero ONE** supports **Microsoft 365** groups — they appear in the users list and can be used to filter the list, including when creating a backup plan.

If you cannot see the **Groups** field in **Xopero ONE Management Service**, you must re-register your **Microsoft 365** organization to make it visible.
