This error can occur due to corrupted attachments, orphaned references, items in the trash, or missing permissions.

🔧 Resolution

To fix this issue:

1. Verify that your Atlassian account permissions allow you to view all spaces. If they don’t, adjust your permissions accordingly.

2. Make sure that the account used to synchronize Jira/Confluence with Xopero ONE has the required permissions to access and download the attachments.

3. Turn on the Ignore corrupted Jira/Confluence attachments option in the target backup plan settings to exclude faulty elements from the backup (Advanced settings > Edit > Error handling).

4. If you are using a sandbox environment, make sure that you allowed attachments to be copied during the sandbox creation process.
