SLA

In this article you will learn what an SLA report is, how to interpret it and how to generate it.

Overview

The SLA (Service Level Agreement) report summarizes the accuracy of backups performed for the protected environment over a specified period. With its graphical representation, you can quickly assess the security level of protected systems and take appropriate actions if it is found to be insufficient.

Interpreting report results

The SLA section specifies how many resources of each type have had at least one successful backup within the selected time period: 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.

The first pie chart represents the entire protected environment and shows the percentage and number of resources (displayed below the chart) that are included in a backup plan. Resources with at least one successful backup during the selected time period are considered to have met the SLA.

The second pie chart displays SLAs broken down by specific types of protected environments, such as:

  • Endpoint

  • Server

  • Virtual machines (VMware or Hyper-V)

  • M365

  • DevOps

  • Jira
