# Środowisko Hyper-V nie jest widoczne w XMS mimo instalacji agenta na hoście

## Problem

> Środowisko **Hyper-V** nie pojawia się w **Xopero ONE Management Service** (**XMS**) mimo instalacji agenta na hoście.

## Rozwiązanie

Pamiętaj, aby użyć odpowiedniego instalatora, który pozwala natywnie zabezpieczyć host Hyper-V na potrzeby backupu zewnętrznego. Ten dedykowany instalator można pobrać z panelu [**XMS**](#user-content-fn-1)[^1] w zakładce **Maszyny wirtualne** > **Hyper-V** klikając przycisk **(+) Zabezpiecz**.

Jeśli host Hyper-V został dodany jako zwykły agent (z licencją typu endpoint lub server), przejdź do zakładki **Urządzenia**, zaznacz to urządzenie i wybierz opcję **Usuń** z górnego menu (<mark style="color:$danger;">**bez usuwania danych**</mark>). Przy użyciu właściwego instalatora oraz licencji Hyper-V per socket, licencja zostanie przypisana automatycznie.
