# Pliki OST nie są uwzględniane w kopii zapasowej

## Problem

> Pliki OST są pomijane (wykluczane) podczas wykonywania kopii zapasowej.

**Xopero ONE** uwykorzystuje usługę **Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service** (**VSS**) do realizacji zadań backup. Niektóre pliki, takie jak pliki usunięte, tymczasowe, pliki stronicowania oraz pliki **OST**, są wykluczane z **migawek** (snapshotów).

Wykluczenie to jest zarządzane przez klucz rejestru `FilesNotToSnapshot` w **rejestrze** systemu **Windows**. W rezultacie pliki te są pomijane podczas procesu tworzenia migawki i **nie trafiają do kopii zapasowej**.

## Rozwiązanie

Wykluczone pliki **OST** można znaleźć w sekcji `FilesNotToSnapshot` w **Edytorze rejestru** (**regedit**)—Możesz uwzględnić te pliki w usłudze **VSS**, usuwając konkretne wartości z klucza rejestru::

1. Otwórz **Edytor rejestru** (pole wyszukiwania na pasku zadań **Windows** > wpisz **regedit** > wybierz **Edytor rejestru**).
2. Przejdź do ścieżki `HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\BackupRestore\FilesNotToSnapshot`.
3. Usuń wartość `OutlookOST`.
