Protecting your repositories

To enable or disable licenses for your repositories, open the relevant dashboard (i.e., GitHub) and click Explore button in the right-bottom corner of the organization tile. Here, you can manage all your repositories and enable or disable protection by assigning a license. In the License assigned column, use the toggle button to turn the protection on or off.

In XMS, both devices and organizations have dedicated dashboard panels that allow you to view and manage all related details.

Organization details

Every organization you have added to Xopero ONE is displayed in relevant DevOps dashboard.

Protected repositories

This section displays information about all your repositories, including the total number of repositories and those with an assigned license.

Assigned plans

Here you can see all backup plans assigned to your organization, together with the latest backup status.

Plan assignment

You can assign your organization to an existing backup plan or create a new one using the Assign plan option.

Management

You can edit your organization details using the Edit option.

Recovery

The Restore and Explore buttons show a list of repositories in the organization, with the recovery panel displayed on the side.

If a problem with the token occurs, a notification will appear on the organization dashboard, prompting you to reauthorize the organization. Reauthorization is necessary to restore the integration’s functionality. Ignoring token-related issues may result in interruptions to backup operations linked to the DevOps organization.

To edit a DevOps organization integration in Xopero ONE, go to the DevOps tab, navigate to the relevant section and select Edit.

Editing

Integration method

Since your DevOps environment is already added, the integration method cannot be edited. To modify it, you must remove your organization and add it again.

Repository settings

You can adjust the setting that automatically adds new repositories to Xopero ONE. To change this option, toggle the switch in the Settings section.

Default worker

You can change the default device, which is responsible for performing backup and recovery tasks.

Throttling prevention

If you want to add additional accounts to reduce throttling, you can add and manage their credentials here.

Here you can edit the synchronization settings, including the repository list synchronization options.

To remove a DevOps organization from Xopero ONE, click the Remove button located at the bottom of the Edit organization window.

Detailed information about active repositories can be viewed from the repository list view. You can open the repository list using the Explore button in your DevOps organization dashboard.

The repository list is available in your DevOps organization dashboard under Explore button.

List overview

Every list displays core information about your repositories in a table form. To modify the columns displayed in your repository list, use the gear ⚙️ button on the right.

1. Name — repository name.

2. Slug — repository page identifier.

3. Status — repository status.

4. Backup status — status of the latest backup.

5. License assigned — allows you to assign or remove licenses from your repositories.

6. Last backup — latest backup time; includes unsuccessful backups.

7. Next backup — estimated start time of the next backup.

8. Last successful backup — latest successful backup time.

9. Repository ID — repository identifier.

When adding a new DevOps organization, you can specify the hours when Xopero ONE should synchronize with its repositories, or set a recurring time interval.

You can also start the synchronization task from the repository list—to sync Xopero ONE with your DevOps environment, click the 🔄️ Sync now button. You can view the time of the last synchronization under the repository list.
