Learn about SLA reports: how to interpret them and how to generate them.
The SLA tile on the Xopero ONE Management Service dashboard provides a consolidated view of backup performance against defined SLA parameters, enabling administrators to monitor protected endpoints and organizations and verify compliance with core objectives and scheduled backup frequency requirements.
The SLA (service-level agreement) report provides a summary of backup performance within the protected environment over a specified period. Its graphical representation allows administrators to quickly evaluate the protection level of secured systems and take appropriate action if it is considered insufficient.
The SLA overview tile shows how many resources of each type have had at least one successful backup within the selected time frame: 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days.
The gauge chart represents the entire protected environment and shows the percentage and number of resources that are included in at least one active backup plan.
The list below the gauge chart displays the SLA status broken down by specific types of protected environments, such as: endpoint, server, virtual machines (VMware or Hyper-V), Microsoft 365, DevOps, and Jira. Resources with at least one successful backup within the selected time frame are considered to have met the SLA.
The SLA status of individual service environments is color-coded: green signifies successfully executed backups, yellow indicates that more than 90% of backups were completed successfully, and red denotes that fewer than 90% of backups were completed successfully.
To export the SLA monthly report, click the Export button located below the services list and select the desired time frame. The SLA report will open in a separate window — review its contents, click the Download button in the top-right corner, and save the report using the Save as PDF option.
SLA reports can be automatically generated and sent via email to a specified address. Reports are delivered on a monthly basis.
To receive SLA reports, open Settings, turn on the Email notifications switch, and click the tile to access the configuration menu:
In the Recipients menu, enter the email address that will receive the report.
In the Email notifications menu, scroll to the bottom, enable the SLA Reports switch, and then click Save to apply the changes.
The exported report provides a monthly summary of backup performance for the monitored environments, including a weekly breakdown.

What the compliance summary section is and how to meet compliance requirements.
The compliance summary tile in the Xopero ONE Management Service dashboard provides a real-time overview of your organization’s backup and security status, highlighting the percentage of active backup plans and encrypted copies. It allows administrators to quickly identify non-compliant systems and monitor policy adherence to ensure regulatory data protection requirements are consistently met.
The compliance summary provides a brief overview of the dashboard, offering a quick insight into the security and reliability of your backup environment. It summarizes key aspects such as resource protection, SLA compliance, encryption, and replication. Each element helps verify whether backups are correctly configured and maintained, ensuring that your environment meets the established Xopero ONE standards.
Meeting all compliance conditions is a bit complex, as each item can have one of three statuses: OK (), warning (), or error (). Depending on the status, the condition may be fully met, trigger a warning, or report an error indicating that the condition is not satisfied.
Data protection shows the percentage of integrated resources that have active backup plans and are protected:
If all resources added to Xopero ONE have active backup plans, the condition is considered met.
If not all resources are protected, but at least 90% are included in active backup plans, the condition is met with a warning.
If fewer than 90% of resources are protected, the condition is not met.
SLA from 24hrs indicates whether all backups have been successfully executed at least once within the past 24 hours:
If all backups have been successfully executed within the last 24 hours, the condition is met.
If not all backups have been successfully executed, but at least 90% of resources have been protected, the condition is met with a warning.
If fewer than 90% of resources have been successfully protected, the condition is not met.
Encryption shows the percentage of backup plans that are encrypted:
If encryption is enabled for all backup plans, the condition is met.
If encryption is not enabled for all plans, but at least 90% of them have encryption enabled, the condition is met with a warning.
If fewer than 90% of plans have encryption enabled, the condition is not met.
Replication shows the status of active backup storage data replication plans:
If a replication plan is configured, the condition is met.
If replication is not configured and more than one active storage exists, the condition is met with a warning.
If a replication plan is not configured and only one active storage exists, the condition is not met.

How to interpret the information displayed on the main dashboard.
The main dashboard in Xopero ONE Management Service provides a centralized, real-time overview of the entire backup environment, enabling administrators to monitor system health, data protection status, and operational performance from a single interface.
Xopero ONE Management Service system dashboard serves as the primary control panel for day-to-day monitoring and high-level management of the Xopero ONE infrastructure. It aggregates key metrics such as protected devices and organizations, backup job status, storage utilization, compliance level, and recent activity, allowing quick identification of errors, warnings, or policy violations.
The dashboard emphasizes clear and structured communication of key system information while introducing a refreshed user interface with a modern, consistent color palette.
In addition to backup summaries, the main dashboard provides useful tools and links to help users navigate the system and better understand the data.
The compliance summary provides a quick overview of Xopero ONE services:
Data protection: displays the percentage of resources with active backup plans.
SLA from 24hrs: shows the percentage of backups that have been successfully executed at least once within the past 24 hours.
Encryption: shows the percentage of backup plans that have encryption turned on.
The SLA report provides a summary of the success and accuracy of backups performed within the protected environment over a specified time frame. Available intervals include 7 days, 14 days, and 30 days. The report can be exported as a PDF file, for example, for auditing purposes.
The backup task summary provides an overview of all backup tasks from the last 7, 14, or 30 days*. The chart displays the total number of tasks for each day, with colors representing the task status types:
: the backup task was completed successfully with no errors (green).
: the backup task was completed, but it was executed with a warning (yellow).
: the backup task was not completed and was executed with an error (red).
*You can select the desired period using the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the tile.
The Storage tile displays up to three storages, along with information about space usage* (in bytes and as a percentage) and storage purpose.
The drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the tile allows you to filter the displayed storages by purpose (all storages, backup storages, or replication storages). Clicking the View all storages button will take you to the Storages tab.
You can add a new storage by clicking the + Add new button.
*If storage usage approaches its maximum capacity, the system will display a graphical notification next to the affected storage.
The latest tasks section displays a list of the most recently executed backups, along with the status of tasks associated with each backup. Tasks completed successfully are shown in green, tasks completed with warnings are shown in yellow, and tasks completed with errors are shown in red.
You can quickly view tasks that are currently in progress by clicking the drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of this tile. Clicking the View all tasks button will take you to the Tasks tab.
The Details link next to a task opens a separate panel with executed task details.
The recent notifications tile displays the five most recent notifications related to backup tasks and user activities in Xopero ONE (such as sign-ins, logouts, and device connections). Notifications can be filtered by clicking the drop-down menu in the upper corner of the tile:
All notifications: displays all notifications.
Info: displays administrative notifications and notifications about running backups and tasks.
Success: displays notifications about successfully completed backup tasks, data restorations from backup copies, and device activations.
: the backup task was cancelled (grey).
Error: displays notifications about backup failures, inaccessible protected environments, or unsuccessful login attempts.
