In general, the easiest way to handle an error in GitProtect is to open the Tasks tab, and next - the last tasks
Find the task, which you are interested to and expand it to see all the repositories, which was protected with this plan.
In the next step, open the repository details using the information button, which is available on the right side of the window.
All the errors or warnings you can find in the Status Details section. If you want to see the details - expand the tab.
As you can see, in this specific case, the task has failed, because the worker has no connectivity with Management Service.
All the errors or warnings are displayed in the Logs tab as well. You can see the statistics and logs for all the devices connected with your Management Service.
Logs tab informs about more things, than the backup plan's error and warnings. To display the logs that are you intrested to, use the Search Engine, which is available in the right-top corner of the window.
Git will inform you, if the backup task has failed. You can configure e-mail (enabled by default) or Slack notifications, or even send them to any webhooks. You can configure the notifications in the Settings tab. When you will open the appropriate tab ( or Git or Jira) application will inform you, if some tasks has ended with errors or warnings or if all the tasks succesfully.
You can also see the statistics related to the plan, instead of the single device. To see them, open the Plans tab, and next hit the statistics button available on the right side of the window.
In the Lastest tasks section you can see the last task executions.
