This article provides information about Microsoft 365 backup and the supported apps.

General information

To run any task in Xopero ONE, you first need to configure a plan — a backup plan, replication plan, or a test-restore plan. All existing backup plans can be found in the Plans tab on the left side of the Xopero ONE application.

Here you can manage all your backup plans, trigger them, edit them, or view their details. The Plans tab contains all existing projects, including Microsoft 365.

Supported applications

Xopero ONE allows you to protect:

1. Microsoft Exchange:

   • Messages

   • Contacts

   • Calendars

2. OneDrive.

You can choose which data to protect — you are not required to back up, for example, your entire Exchange. It is possible to back up only specific components, such as messages and OneDrive, without including calendars and contacts.

Microsoft 365 groups

Xopero ONE supports Microsoft 365 groups — they appear in the users list and can be used to filter that list, including when creating a backup plan.

To access the groups field in Xopero ONE, you must re-register your Microsoft 365 organization.
