Overview

This section explains how to interpret the information displayed in the main dashboard window.

Compliance

The compliance tile provides a quick summary of the dashboard:

SLA

The SLA report provides a summary of the accuracy of backups performed for the protected environment within a specified time frame. Available intervals include 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, and 30 days.

The report can also be exported, for example, for audit purposes.

You can learn more about SLA in this article.

Last backup task summary

This section provides a summary of all backup tasks from the last 7, 14, or 30 days. You can select the desired period using the option in the upper-right corner of the tile.

The chart displays the total number of tasks for each day, with colors defining the task types:

  1. Completed correctly — green.

  2. Completed with an error (was not executed) — red.

  3. Completed with a warning (executed with a warning) — yellow.

  4. Cancelled — gray.

Latest tasks

This section shows a list of the four most recently performed backup plans along with the status of tasks associated with each plan. Tasks completed successfully are displayed in green, tasks finished with warnings are displayed in yellow, and tasks completed with errors are displayed in red.

You can quickly view tasks that are currently in progress by clicking the In progress button in the upper-right corner of this tile. Clicking the View more button will take you to the Tasks tab.

Clicking the Details link next to a plan opens a separate panel with additional information about the backup tasks performed.
