# Prerequisites

## Prerequisites 

To integrate your **Microsoft 365** organization with **Xopero ONE**, make sure that:

* [x] Your company is using a **Microsoft 365 business license**.
* [x] You are authorizing the integration with an organization’s **global administrator account**.

## Requirements 

To back up a **single Microsoft 365** account, the account must have a **Microsoft 365** license assigned. License assignments can be managed through your **Microsoft 365** administration portal.

Each **Microsoft 365** account requires **one license in Xopero ONE** to back up its data.

The backup process requires a **worker device**. The worker communicates with the **Microsoft 365** API, downloads the requested data, and performs the backup. Any device with the **Xopero ONE agent** installed can serve as a worker.
