Installing Xopero ONE Worker

Overview

Worker allows to manage storages, to perform and restore backups, and combined with a dedicated Microsoft 365, GitProtect or Jira license. The device with such a license cannot perform the backup of itself.

According to the licensing policy, worker license is the free license type assigned per agent-feature worker.

Installer download

To download the worker's installer, go to the Settings tab. Then select Workers and click the Download agent button.

A window will appear in which you need to select the system on which you want to install the agent.

After downloading the installer, install the agent on the device. You can use the installation instructions for the appropriate types of operating system (in the manual, skip the installer download process).

After the installation process, assign the Feature Worker license to the device, which has reported in the Management Service.
