NFS share

Data storage is the location where the backup data is stored. Xopero ONE allows users to define multiple data stores. Each backup plan can have a different storage. The agent writes the data directly to the storage during the backup process. Storage management is available on the Storages tab in Xopero ONE Panel.

Adding storage

NFS share is one of possibilities for data storage. To add new storage to Xopero ONE, open the Storages tab and click the (+) Add storage button. By doing so, the system will display Add storage form. Regardless of the type of storage that you want to create, in next step you can define the Storage name.

And Optional description.

These two fields will help you identify the storage, if you'll decide to use many of them. In order to create NFS share storage, expand the Storage type list and choose Network File Storage (NFS share).

The last part of the configuration is setting up the path to the shared location.

Before doing that make sure that the device, which will browse the storage, can discover it. By using the Change button, you can select one of the devices assigned to Xopero ONE as a Browsing machine - the one that will connect the share to the system.
