What Is Throttling?

Overview

Throttling limits the number of concurrent calls to a service to prevent overuse of resources. When a throttling threshold is exceeded, Microsoft Graph API limits any further requests from that client for a period of time. When the limit is met, the time of Microsoft 365 backups in Xopero ONE may be extended.

The more complex the Microsoft 365 organisation is, the throttling issue is more likely to occur.
