Logs Location

The application log is a file that contains information about events and actions made within the application. These files are very useful when it comes to solving and troubleshooting issues with the software. This article contains details about Xopero ONE application logs and how to get them in case of technical support requests.

Logs location

Each Xopero ONE agent application regardless of what operating system it runs on has a dedicated logs directory. In the case of the Windows system, it is:

%ProgramData%\Xopero ONE\Xopero ONE Backup&Recovery Agent\Logs

For Linux:

/opt/XoperoONEBackupAgent/Xopero/Logs

and MacOS:

/Applications/XoperoONE/XoperoONEBackup&RecoveryAgent/device-app/Xopero/Logs

Logs can also be fetched to the Xopero ONE Management Service host through the Web console.
