Operation system of Hyper-V host

To properly integrate virtual machine backup directly from the Hyper-V host, you have to use Windows Server 2016 or newer.

Integration with older operating systems is not possible.

In addition to server versions of Windows: Xopero ONE supports the use of the hyper-V function in the Windows 10 operating system.

Standalone or Cluster?

Xopero ONE can support both scenario with single hosts or with hosts connected in clusters. In this situation, you need to install a dedicated hyper-V agent on each host in the cluster.

It is impossible to add a single host if the hosts are clustered.

What user account do I need to connect hyper-V cluster with Xopero ONE?

In the hyper-V cluster add form, you have to use an administrator account.
