You can temporarily disable the EWS (Exchange Web Services) throttling through the Microsoft 365 EWS website. See the following guide to get information on how to reduce throttling impact.

Log in to your Microsoft 365 admin account and next move to the admin section.

Now hit the Show all button.

Expand the Support tab, and hit the New service request button. Now look for the Increase EWS Throttling Policy.

Run the diagnostic test, to get the information on whether you are throttled or not.

If you are throttled, EWS will allow you to temporarily increase the throttling limits.
